VERT3X is a project that allows people to play games offline & unblocked on Chrome, Windows, Mac, and Linux Operating Systems. Once downloaded, VERT3X consists of files with the source code of many games (these games are all open source). This allows the user to game offline and unblocked on most platforms. The VERT3X Terms of Service agreement is an agreement that states how the user will act while using VERT3X.
By downloading VERT3X, you agree to not copy our efforts made by the development team of VERT3X and you are agreeing to not sell VERT3X. Although VERT3X does not own any of the games on the file, it is not okay to sell VERT3X to others and we will not support it. Most schools prohibit selling in school, VERT3X will not be involved in any of this action.
VERT3X does not claim ownership of any games, therefore, will not profit off of any. If legal action is made against VERT3X, We will take down the game/games or take down the project as a whole, this project was made as a learning experience for the development team and does not intend to take credit for any of other’s work.
Your Privacy is important to us, we will not sell any information we happen to collect and will not collect any information from users, we do not have a system to collect information due to privacy reasons.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing to following these rules while using VERT3X:
1. Don’t do anything illegal, or try to break laws from your respective country.
2. Don’t engage in any exploits of VERT3X, or our terms of service.
3. Don't engage in fraudulent activity or purposeful misleading/false information.
4. Don't break rules or help others do so.
5. Don’t sell VERT3X or anything on it, especially in school.
6. Don’t use loopholes in the terms and conditions of VERT3X for your own benefit.
Although you should not play video games in class, VERT3X does not prohibit it and will allow use of VERT3X in class. However you should be aware you are ruining your own grades/standards and possibly your future.
By agreeing to these terms, you agree to being fine with any updates to our terms and conditions. You will be fine with us updating our terms to accommodate for future additions to VERT3X.
